Exactly 14 guys showed up on 14th(Sat) in Whittier Narrow Golf Club
as scheduled for the last match this year. It was a little bit cloudy
morning, a perferct weather for golfing, the typical climate of Los
Angeles nowadays as rainy season starts in winter. We were soon
engrossed in laughters, jokes and talk about the main topic including
who's gonna play with whom on how much for each stroke or something
like that.
Let me tell you about our gang in order:Kang,JongKu(10), Kim,ByungShik
(18), Kim,SangKyung(12), Kim,HongUk(28), Kim,SungKi(10), Noh,WonBong
(18), Bae,HiYoung(20), Lee,ChunShik(20),Sohn,HeeJung(12),
Song,YoungBong(20)Chang,SukWon(22), Chung,MuJin(30), Choi,ManSung
(14), Han,SukHee(16). Four members were absent:Kye,YoungMu(24),
Lee,HoEyun(14), Park,YongSun(20), Park,HyunSung(18), total 19. Among
them, Noh, Kim(10) and Lee(14) are our middle shool graduates.

When we finally finished the 18th hole, everybody seemed to really
enjoy the game regardless of the result. We had some formal ceremony
after in a nearby Korean restaurant. It was like a boisterous party,
giggling about the misshot, making fun of the loser, guess who?, it
is again Lee,ChoonShik as always, who has only money not skill to
pay, hey, don't be misunderstood, he rarely makes money too, and the
surprising champion, Kim,ByungShik who hit 10 over, showing the
totally upgraded shot. Kim,SungKi was 8 over, marking the lowest.

Finally we had time to give four prizes to who had some outstanding
feat this year. Most Improving Player was awarded to Chang,SukWon,
Most Promising Player to Chung,MuJin, Most Ignored Player to
Kim,ByungShik and Player of the Year to Kang,JongKu. I'd like to show
you one certificate issued by PGA, believe it or not.

Taking this opportunity, I send all our gang's warmest regards and
thanks to you in Korea, "Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year" It is
my sincere wish that our life will be better next year too. I love
